Mi metto paziente ed aspetto il week end per poter vedere, finalmente, gli appartamenti a Leamington spa.
Gli affitti si aggirano tutti intorno alle £600, sono molto cari, ma non ho assolutamente idea di come sia questo paesino, perciò penso che vada bene e che sia il caso di aspettare per farsi un'idea....
Il venerdì mattina, sono pronta, esco da lavoro intorno alle 13.00 e seguo i miei colleghi che abitano a Leamington e che mi mostrano quale bus prendere, dove sono le fermate e quanto costano i biglietti....
In tragitto in bus è davvero ridicolo...direi 15min., scendo alla fermata insieme ai miei colleghi e mi si presenta alla vista un paesino davvero, ma davvero carino, SO CUTE, come direbbero qui!!!

Tutto è bianco ed in stile vittoriano, le strade sono pulite e molto ordinate e c'è tantissima gente che passeggia!! I negozi sono tanti, tutti colorati e di marche conosciute, sono davvero colpita positivamente!!!
Neraida (la mia nuova collega/amica) mi mostra i posti principali, il Pump Room, la Library, il parco, la chiesa e mi accompagna a prendere un caffè nell'attesa...

Alla fine si offre di venire con me, per aiutarmi e per la curiosità, probabilmente, di vedere delle nuove case.
Arriviamo all'appuntamento un pò trafelate, sulla cartina l'appartamento sembrava vicino al centro città, invece abbiamo camminato una ventina di minuti, ma tutte le strade sono molto belle e non è stato faticoso come per il primo appartamento...
La ragazza dell'agenzia ci sta aspettando in macchina, una Fiesta Blu, come mi ha precisato al telefono ed è davvero gentile nel mostrarci la casa e nel darci tutti i dettagli....non posso dire che sia una meraviglia anche se ci sono due camere da letto, la cucina, la living room e un bagno più che decoroso...ma è claustrofobica e sporchissima...
odio la moquette, ma mi dovrò abituare...almeno non è in bagno!!!!
...Rimango un pò delusa...anche Neraida non apprezza l'appartamento, perciò ci spostiamo nell'altro alloggio che ho deciso di vedere sempre con la stessa agenzia....
SECOND APARTMENT
I wait for the weekend to see, finally, the apartments in Leamington Spa.
The rents are around £ 600 all around, are very expensive, but I have absolutely no idea how this little town, so I think it's fine and that is the case of waiting to get an idea ....
On Friday morning, I'm ready, I leave work at around 13.00 and I follow my colleagues who live in Leamington and show me which bus to take, where the stops are and how much are the tickets ....
On the bus ride is really ridiculous ... I'd say 15min., I get off at the bus stop with my colleagues and I will submit to the village having a really, really cute, SO CUTE, as they say here!
Everything is white and Victorian style, the streets are very clean and tidy and there a lot of walkers! The shops are all colorful and well-known brands, I'm very positively impressed!
Neraida (my new colleague/friend) showed me the major places, the Pump Room, the Library, the park, the church and takes me to get a coffee while waiting ...
Eventually she offers to come with me to help me and curiosity, probably, to see the new houses.
We get a little breathless appointment, the apartment looked on the map near the city center, but we walked about twenty minutes, but all the roads are very beautiful and it was not as tiring for the first apartment ...
The girl from the agency is waiting in the car, a Fiesta Blue, as I stated on the phone and is very kind in showing us the house and give us all the details .... I can not say that it is a marvel even if there are two bedrooms, kitchen, living room and a bathroom more than decent ... but it's claustrophobic and filthy ...
I hate carpet, but I have to get used ... at least not in the bathroom!!
I'm ... a little disappointed ... even Neraida does not like the apartment, so we move to another accommodation that I decided to see always the same agency ....
